Returns & Cancellation Policy
Any item to be returned must receive an (RA number) Return Authorization Prior to sending the product back.
If you aren't satisfied with your purchase you can return it in the original box and packaging if the condition of the box is acceptable to ensure no damage will occur or a new box can be used as needed.
Once the RA has been issued to the purchaser the return must take place within 10 days of the RA being issued or your return will be voided and no refund or exchange will take place.
You must have prior Approval from us. Call our returns team at: 734.676.3020 for your RA number. No products will be accepted at our facility without the proper RA number. If you send the product back without an RA the return delivery will be rejected and the shipper will charge you the (customer) for the return of this product sent without Authorization. Any additional costs will be deducted from your refund.
We require that you take several pictures of the damaged product and e-mail them to us showing the damage or issue this will help expedite your refund or exchange.
The return shipping is non-refundable and the purchaser pays the return shipping costs if our team determines this is not a manufacture defect or quality issue. This amount will be deducted from any refund.
If the merchandise box delivered looks damaged please note this on the delivery paperwork before you sign for the delivery: Damage Noted on Box as Delivered.
If merchandise is received damaged upon delivery, customer must contact our quality team at 734.676.3020 within 48 hours to report damage and to receive a return authorization.
It is the customer's responsibility to keep all packing materials, boxes, and documentation for any return. All Weather Poly will not be responsible for any items that are discarded by the customer. No refunds or exchanges will be given until all products are returned to our location as directed by our returns team. Again you must have a prior RA to receive any refund or exchange. Should you cancel your order within 24 hours of it being placed there will be a 20% cancelation and re-stocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.
Unfortunately we have to adhere to these policies because of the fraud and abuse in the industry by setting guidance for returns this helps keep the overall costs or our products at the best possible prices thank you for your understanding.
